About Jennifer

I started Jennifer Edwards Communications after successfully navigating several editing projects that came my way. Turned out, I liked it and was good at it; plus, I like helping people! Working with authors from literally all over the world, nonprofits, and small- and medium-sized businesses has shown me that what I do makes a difference to others. My services alleviate stress because those who work with me know they have a professional at their side and help at the ready.

Every editor has their specialty and projects they like to work on. My clients say that I add the most value when I help them develop their manuscript from a concept to a draft, followed by a line edit to make it sound just right. They also appreciate being mentored through the process and challenged to make a better product. I’m able to see how to make the copy and ideas flow better, what needs to be moved around to make the most sense, what to add or delete, and polish it all up to make the content resonate better with the reader.
